You'll also answer technical questions - don’t worry, you’ll get training to become an expert. Using browser-based tools and virtual desktop systems, you'll make sure no detail gets missed. When a something needs a bit more clarification, you’ll explain it to the client team for specialised support.

What do I bring?
Native level of Spanish and good English skills (B2 level)
Advanced PC knowledge, affinity with technology and experience in Customer Service is a plus
An EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
