A leading customer service solutions company catering to tourism companies is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager! In this position, your main responsibilities will be to create, maintain and constantly improve a quality insurance unit that aligns with the company standards. That also includes to manage and guide your team, engage in quality calibration sessions and find solutions by collecting and analysing quality data.

What do you have to do?
Creating a quality assurance unit aligned with company standards
Overseeing quality standards implementation and policy development
Innovating quality monitoring methods
Managing a team to ensure task completion
Engaging in quality sessions and client communication
Facilitating solutions through data analysis and reviews
What do we expect of you?
Fluent English, Maltese is a plus
Experience in a quality assurance leadership role or relevant similar roles
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities with a results-driven approach
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €2,500 and €2,900 gross per month.
