What am I going to do?

Support customers via phone, chat, and email
Processing and following up on outstanding invoices
Conducting phone evaluation interviews with customers
Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
Identifying and leveraging upselling opportunities

What do I bring?

Fluent in Dutch, German and good English skills (B2)
Experience as a back office administrative employee
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools
You are customer-oriented, empathetic, proactive and independent

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,700 gross per month.
