Job description
You will be the first point of contact for Odido customers, a Dutch provider for mobile, fiber, and TV services (formerly known as T-Mobile). ☎️ You assist customers over the phone in choosing the right product, answer questions about 4G, make changes, and handle complaints. You strive for an optimal customer experience, so it’s important to you that customers are satisfied with Odido’s products and services. You provide technical support, advise customers on subscriptions, and help with payments. No day is the same in this customer service role!
