Working as a Customer Service Agent
In this role, you are the friendly voice behind the scenes, helping customers by email, phone and chat. One minute you are answering product queries, the next you are helping to solve issues with quick solutions and a positive attitude. Every day brings a new challenge, and you are using your knowledge of the brand and the industry to provide accurate information and support that keeps customers happy. You also conduct research to make sure your answers are spot on, making sure every customer interaction is smooth and efficient! The company provides you a training and onboarding, so you can start your job confidently. Plus, if you're relocating, the company got you covered with relocation support (travel expenses of up to €250) and a temporary two-week accommodation, to make your transition seamless!

The salary for this position is €1,600 gross per month.
