What will I do?

Provide customer service and technical support via inbound calls, chats and emails
Help customers with account settings, app downloads, and content installation
Fix technical issues related to apps and services

What do I bring?

Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2)
Advanced technical skills and proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
Good written communication skills and typing speed of 25+ wpm

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,100 gross per month.
