Start this job as Customer Advisor and help Danish customers with their questions. You will be the first contact person and give advice for companies dealing with for instance fashion, innovative technology or social media.

What do you have to do?
Danish-speaking customer support via e-mail, phone and chat
Handling complaints and finding proactive resolutions
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Danish and good English skills (B2)
Strong communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset
A school degree
Willingness to work in shifts

Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,300 and €1,450 gross per month.
