As a Customer Service Agent, it's up to you to help Netflix users via chat, e-mail and phone. Think of a couple who just want to start their date night, but can't manage to stream their favourite series due to an error message. A customer having problems logging in, a question about changing a subscription, or a father wanting to turn on parental controls for his child. And the occasional: ‘Where's the latest season of...’? Well, can't blame them! You don't need any work experience or knowledge: you get a paid training before your first day of work. What am I going to do?
Providing inbound support for German Netflix customers via phone and e-mail
Assisting with Netflix app questions, payments, billing, and free trials
Handling and resolving complaints proactively while managing customer data carefully
What do I bring?
Fluent German and excellent English skills (B2)
A school-leaving qualification
You’re solution-oriented, a team player, and a strong communicator
Willingness to work in shifts
For this position we need your English resume and a copy of your birth certificate
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,100 and €1,300 gross per month.
