What do you have to do?

Provide customer service and technical support via inbound calls, chats and emails
Assist customers with account settings, app downloads, and content installation
Handle refund requests and help set up payment accounts
Troubleshoot technical issues related to apps and services

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2)
Advanced technical skills and proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
Exceptional written communication skills with strong PC knowledge
Typing speed of 25+ wpm with 85%+ accuracy and ability to multitask

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,100 gross per month.
