Your role as a Sales & Customer Service Agent

You'll work closely with a professional, international team to ensure every customer interaction is positive and productive. Key responsibilities include clarifying product details, assisting with payments, handling refunds, managing shipping and returns, and swiftly resolving any customer issues. The role requires flexibility, as you’ll work in various shifts to accommodate different time zones and customer needs. You get to choose: working 30 or 40 hours a week!

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,265 and €1,660 gross per month.
