Provide technical support and advice on issues such as breakdowns, incorrect data in the system, and car registration problems. Good to know: you receive comprehensive training before you start. What will I do?

Customer support via email and phone
Handling and resolving various customer issues
Maintaining customer data in the company's internal database

What do I bring?

You are fluent in Dutch and have excellent English skills (B2)
A high school diploma, English resume, and a copy of your birth certificate
Advanced computer skills (e.g., MS Office) and proficiency in computer software (CRM, databases)
You have an interest in the automotive industry and possess technical knowledge, including GPS systems and location techniques

Salary information

The salary for this position is â‚Ŧ1,300 gross per month.
