What am I going to do?

Handling transactions (requests, complaints, sales) and providing technical support via phone, e-mail and chat
Following escalation procedures and logging cases for timely resolution
Identifying issues and supporting process improvements

What do I bring?

Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2)
High school degree or equivalent
Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving skills
Prior customer service experience is advantageous

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
