Your job as a remote Customer Support Agent

You'll handle incoming calls from customers, providing them with accurate information and solutions to their problems. By responding to their issues effectively and professionally, you’ll make sure they have the best possible customer experience. In this role, you'll also provide B2B support to resellers via phone and email. You understand customer needs through probing and investigation, suggest appropriate products, place orders, and arrange returns while educating customers on the return process. This position is remote/hybrid, which means that you can work around 70% of the time from home! 🏠

What do you have to do?

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Slovak and very good English skills (B2 level)
Advanced PC skills and a typing speed ≥ 20 wpm, 80% accuracy
Strong soft skills with advanced active listening and an EU-Citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,300 gross per month.
