What do you have to do?
Support customers via inbound phone, chat, and email for sales and service inquiries
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
Provide after-sales service support, handling complaints via phone and email
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Spanish and good English skills (B2)
Advanced PC knowledge
Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 80% accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (MacOS and iOS familiarity is a plus)
Salary information
The salary for this position is β¬1,045 gross per month.
