You’ll be the go-to expert for all sorts of questions, from roadside assistance to navigating the Mercedes Me app. 🚗

Your new role at Mercedes
Do you love helping people? In this role, you’ll support Spanish-speaking customers with anything from technical issues to emergency situations. Expect to receive 30–50 contacts a day through calls and emails. You’ll give clear instructions on using the Mercedes Me app, help with account activation, and offer guidance during breakdowns or mobility issues. You’ll receive training on everything you need to know, including a full onboarding and learning period that will prepare you to shine. 😊
