What do you have to do?

Helping customers with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via calls, chat and email
Responding to inbound customer's requests and documenting relevant case information
Escalating customers' issues to higher tiers of support as well as responding correctly
Adapting the brand's tone of voice for interactions on both private and public channels

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Italian and very good English skills (B2)
You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills
Solution-oriented way of working and the ability to work in a team

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,000 and €1,200 gross per month.
