What will I do?

Assisting adventising customers via chat, email, and phone
Resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding users on the platform to help them make the most of its tools and features
Offer both pre- and post-sales support for self-service products, and provide product and tool assistance

What do I bring?

You're native in Turkish and speak good English (B2 level)
You have a high school degree
You can provide a certificate of good conduct
You're a EU citizen or have a Portugese work permit

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,100 and €1,400 gross per month.
