What do you have to do?

Respond to customer requests promptly, escalate issues
Follow project procedures, provide cover for absent colleagues
Collaborate with Supervisors/Mentors, attend Team Meetings
Maintain accurate administrative records
Undertake additional tasks as assigned

What do we expect of you?

Fluent in Danish and very good English skills (B2 level)
Prior experience in a comparable role and industry
Fundamental sales abilities, including upselling and cross-selling techniques
Proficiency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows and MS Office
Positive attitude towards working in a customer service setting
An English resume

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,500 and €1,700 gross per month.
