What do you have to do?
Monitoring and reporting on team performance
Providing individual feedback and motivation of employees
Responsibility for recruitment in cooperation with the HR department
Optimization of shift planning
Processing customer queries
Ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Swedish and very good English skills (C1)
Previous work experience and IT knowledge
Working knowledge of IT platforms, devices and applications (Windows, MS Office, Internet configuration)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to implement and manage change
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €2,000 and €2,250 gross per month.
