What am I going to do?

Answer and resolve complex technical questions from customers via phone or email efficiently and timely
Identify and analyze technical issues by listening and asking clear questions
Provide excellent customer service using technical knowledge from training and gather relevant information from each customer
Stay updated on new developments in technical areas and consumer electronics

What do I bring?

Fluent in Danish or Norwegian and very good English skills (B2)
Knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics (e.g., wireless audio, smart displays)
Strong technical affinity; experience in the technical field is an advantage as well as experience in B2C or B2B environments
An English resume and a completed ICT training is preferred

Salary information

The salary for this position is €2,000 gross per month.
