Otrium brings hundreds of designer outlets into one app! Their mission is to ensure that all produced clothing gets worn, instead of going to waste. That’s why they partner with around 200 fashion brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Guess to sell older collections at lower prices. In short, great for your wardrobe, your wallet, and the planet. You’ll assist Otrium customers via phone, email, and chat with various inquiries: 'Can I exchange my item for a different color?', 'When will I receive my refund?', 'I received a damaged item, what now?'. It’s up to you to find the right solution for each customer!
You’ll be joining a team with over 20 nationalities, so you’ll make friends from all over Europe in no time!
