During this dynamic internship, you will have the opportunity to further develop your HR skills and gain professional work experience. 🗺️

Your role as an HR Intern
You're the one who keeps our team thriving, motivated and productive! You are a part of the whole timeline: from interviewing potential employees to onboarding and offboarding. On top of that, you'll optimise our internal HR processes by maintaining profiles, updating working policies, and supporting fellow colleagues. At Yobbers, we for sure know how to make fun! You will organize team building activities, from planning coffee dates to games for our Friday afternoons and special occasions during holidays. Our international team is split between our offices in Leeuwarden and Valencia. It's up to you to decide what office you want to join!

What am I going to do?

Supporting the selection process, onboarding and offboarding of colleagues
Initiating and coordinating events, such as Friday afternoon games and celebrations for special occasions
Administrative responsibilities to optimise our internal HR processes

What do I bring?

You are fluent in English (German or Dutch are a plus)
You are currently studying in HR, communications or another relevant field
You are motivated, proactive and independent
Available for a minimum of 5 months

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €250 and €400 gross per month.
