Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be working for one of the largest manufacturers of handmade jewellery in the world. This Danish jewellery brand operates in more than 100 countries (with over 8,000 stores!) and is best known for its charms for decorating bracelets, but also sells necklaces, rings, and earrings. 💍 Your role is to assist customers via phone, e-mail, and chat with questions about returns, provide information about orders, and offer advice on collections. One day, you might be helping someone personalise a piece of jewellery, and the next day, you’re assisting someone with a damaged item. Whatever you do, thanks to you, every customer is satisfied!

Living in Greece
With this remote job, it’s up to you where you want to live, as long as it is in Greece! Will you move to Athens, Thessaloniki, or Crete? Whatever you choose, Yobbers will support you along the way! What do we expect of you?

Fluent in Italian, with strong English skills (B2)
You have good communication skills and are emphathic

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,045 gross per month.
