Preparation

Have you found a great vacancy and can see your new, exciting, life abroad waiting for you already? Of course, this venture needs to be well organized. There are a few things that need to be considered: Here are some questions you should ask yourself beforehand: 

• Have I talked about this step with the people around me? (Think of your family, friends, etc.)
• Do I have the financial resources to start the adventure abroad? 
• Have I already researched the accommodation options in my new home town?
• Do I have to organize the relocation myself or will the employer help me with this? Or will the employer offer accommodation? 
• Am I dealing with a notice period at my current workplace or place of residence?
• Am I willing to go abroad for that long?

Also, keep in mind that you will be paid your first salary after your first month of work, so you will need to plan for some financial reserves. In an interview with our recruiters, you can find out how much money you should budget for this.
