After two years with 60%+ growth and a new investor joining Yobbers, it’s time to expand the platform to more countries and categories. Now we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

A little bit more on the role:
As a recruiter at Yobbers, you will inspire people to discover the world by being the bridge between job seekers and employers abroad. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing incoming applications, and matching candidates with employers’ needs. There is also an opportunity to advance into account management, where you'll cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. We emphasize personal support to ensure the best experience for both job seekers and employers. Our team’s own experiences of working and living abroad equip us to guide candidates on their journey.

We are seeking a motivated, proactive recruiter who is dedicated to taking Yobbers to new heights. Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or account management is a plus, but more importantly, you should possess excellent listening skills and empathy for potential candidates.

What do I bring to the table?

  • You are fluent in English and German or Dutch (French is a plus)

  • You have a Bachelor degree

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is an advantage

  • You are ambitious, goal-oriented and have a proactive mindset

  • You are a real team player, but can also work independently

  • You are available full-time (40 hours a week) and can start immediately

  • You are willing to work the occasional evening/Saturday shift

What will I do?


  • Actively seek out and attract potential job seekers who are interested in working abroad

  • Handle incoming applications, reviewing resumes, and assessing candidate suitability

  • Skillfully match candidates with the specific needs and requirements of employers abroad

  • Offer personalized assistance to job seekers and employers throughout the recruitment process

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations

  • tilize your own experiences of working and living abroad to guide and support candidates on their journey
