As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be integral to ensuring customer satisfaction through calls, chat, and email interactions. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing payments, resolving billing issues, troubleshooting technical matters, and ensuring seamless transactions. Effective task management and timely service delivery are essential to maintaining high standards.

To support relocation to Larnaca, a comprehensive package is offered:

What do you have to do?

Handle customer requests, questions, and concerns via calls, chat, and email
Provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
Process payment requests and address billing inquiries on the platform
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth transactions
Manage and meet deadlines for various customer service tasks

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Swedish and very good English skills (B2)
Reference letter from a previous employer (for freelancers: can be a partner, colleague, or friend)
A certificate of good conduct
Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,350 gross per month.
