As a Customer Service Agent, it’s your job to assist Netflix users via chat, e-mail, and phone. Imagine a couple trying to start their date night, but they can't stream their favorite show due to an error message. Or a customer having trouble logging in, a question about changing a subscription or a dad wanting to set up parental controls for his kid. And occasionally: "When's the next season of… coming out?" Well, can't blame them! You don’t need any work experience or knowledge for this job: you’ll get fully paid training before your first workday. What am I going to do?
Supporting Dutch-speaking customers via phone (outbound), chat, and e-mail
Providing assistance with questions about using the Netflix app and topics like payment, billing, and free trials
Resolving complaints and managing customer data
Working in rotating shifts
What do I bring?
You speak fluent Dutch and have excellent English skills (B2)
At least a high school diploma
You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team
A copy of your birth certificate + English resume
Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,300 gross per month.
