Do you order a lot online? Guilty! You've probably received the wrong order once, missed a delivery or got the wrong invoice. At such times, all you want is a helpful Customer Service Agent, right? Soon, you are that lifesaver! Best of all, you don't need any work experience to apply. You'll have a paid two-week training course where you learn all about the different systems, products and, of course, how best to help customers by phone, email and chat.
Living in Greece
For this job, you can work from anywhere in Greece. The employer will provide accommodation for the first four weeks, as well as covering your flight and health insurance. Making sure every Dutch customer has a positive experience
What do I bring?
You speak fluent Dutch and have a B2 level of English
Communication is your strongest skill
You are flexible and comfortable with changing work schedules
Certificate of good conduct, English resume, and a copy of your birth certificate
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,100 and €1,400 gross per month.
