Your main priority in your new job will be to provide an exceptional experience for Danish or Norwegian customers. Working in the iGaming-Industry, you will also be authorising withdrawals for players, analyse customer contact trends and verify customers identities with regard to local regulations and jurisdictions. Moreover, you will among other tasks work together with other customer experience agents and payment providers to solve all inquiries in the most efficient way.
For this job, you will move to the stunning island of Malta, right in the Mediterranean sea.
