As a Customer Advisor in Lisbon, you'll assist customers of a medical supplies company with all their questions and issues. These might range from inquiries about the purchasing process to how to use the products. By listening carefully and thinking along with the customer (or, in this case, patient), you’ll always be able to provide the right kind of help. If you have experience in care, that’s definitely a plus, but having an empathetic nature is the most valuable trait for this role! 🧡 In this job, you have a choice: either you opt for company-provided accommodation (rent is deducted directly from your salary), or you take care of your own housing (you’ll receive a higher salary).
