What do you have to do?

Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) by phone, email, and live chat
Support and problem solving for technical issues (ad placement, technical errors, etc.)
Provide strategic campaign support to your clients
Ensure customer satisfaction

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Turkish and good English skills (B2)
A high school diploma
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
You are friendly, communicative, and responsible
Clean criminal record

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,350 gross per month.
