What do you have to do?
Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding different products
Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers
Requesting and collecting updated documentation
What do we expect of you?
Fluent Italian and advanced English skills (C1)
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
Ability to handle sensitive information
Good communication skills
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €800 and €1,200 gross per month.
