What do you have to do?
Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat for inquiries about orders, subscriptions, and invoices
Ensure top-notch service delivery to guarantee an exceptional customer experience
Resolve customer queries promptly and diligently, meeting agreed deadlines for resolution
Collaborate with different departments for seamless processing of customer requests
What do we expect of you?
Fluent French and good English skills (B2)
European Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Salary information
The salary for this position is €895 gross per month.
