    Can understand, speak, read, and write fluently and precisely, similar to a native speaker.

By swiftly identifying and analyzing issues and staying updated on technical developments, you ensure seamless support for our customers. What do you have to do?

Answer and resolve complex technical questions from customers via phone or email efficiently and timely
Identify and analyze technical issues by listening and asking clear questions
Provide excellent customer service using technical knowledge from training
Document relevant information from each customer contact
Stay updated on new developments in technical areas and consumer electronics

What do we expect of you?

Fluent in Danish and very good English skills (B2)
Completed ICT training is preferred
Knowledge of network architecture and consumer electronics (e.g., wireless audio, smart displays)
Strong technical affinity; experience in the technical field is an advantage
Experience in B2C or B2B environments is beneficial, but not required
An English resume

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,500 and €1,800 gross per month.
